Whistleblowing Channel
El Instituto Tecnológico de la Energía (ITE) has a Whistleblowing Channel so that all its employees, as well as those who maintain a contractual relationship with it as clients, suppliers, or any other stakeholder, can report breaches related to ITE’s principles and values, as reflected in its Code of Ethics. This ethics channel is not an exclusive or exclusive system for reporting incidents or irregular or illegal actions. Other channels exist, both external, public, and legally established in accordance with their purpose or subject matter.
