The knowledge management and the training of companies’ personnel is one of the main competitiveness instruments. ITE considers training as one of its main activities and a key tool to improve companies’ competitiveness, thanks to the professional retraining of its workers.
Adapt the professional qualification of the companies’ human resources to the technical requirement of current technologies, as well as to favor the incorporation of young people al mundo laboral market by realizing specialized courses in different areas.
As a result of the effort made in training, in 2006 we started a master in the energy sector, Official Master in Project and Energy Installation Management, directed towards professionals of this sector with the aim of creating specialized personnel for companies. In 2014 we celebrated its eighth edition and, to adapt to the new formats, in 2013 we launched the online Official Master in Energy and Projects internationalization.
